Reservations Treatments and/or access to the Spa Maya are subject to availability. Reservations recommended

Cancellations The service can be cancelled without charge within 12 hours. After this term or in case of no-show the entire cost of the service will be charged.

Upon Arrival In order to provide an impeccable service, we recommend our Guests to arrive 10 minutes before the start of any treatment in order to fill in the customer questionnaire. In case of any delay, the treatment is due to end at the expected time to respect the following Guest’s appointment.

Health Conditions Each Guest is kindly requested to point out any physical or medical condition that may interfere with our treatments (allergies, hypertension, pregnancy, etc).

Formality Access to the Spa Maya is restricted to minors under 18 years of age. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be kept off. Spa Maya is an oasis of relaxation and wellbeing and silence should be respected.

Loss and/or Damages Spa Maya is not liable for loss and/or damages of personal belongings left unattended. Lockers are available in the dressing rooms
